Meditation generates inner peace and the ability to connect with yourself at a deeper level. It is excellent for relieving stress and tension. It helps to balance and strengthen the mind and helps to gently open up the body and relieve stiffness.

During the class you will learn different meditation techniques such as breathing, mantra, chakra balancing and visualisation. The aim is to be aware of the present moment, away from our restless thoughts and feel inner peace.

Class numbers are kept to a maximum of five which allows time for discussion after each session.

1:1 meditation is also available on request at £10.
