Tranquil Living through the Seasons
This is for you if you currently feel out of sync with nature and want to experience how yoga can help you live a tranquil life.
This will include an initial face to face consultation to work out exactly what it is you want to work on. I will then devise a yoga flow specifically for you based on our discussion and email it to you.
We will meet weekly for another three weeks and I will also check in with you via a phone call or messenger once a week.
You will receive info on seasonal foods, mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, seasonal living, daily rituals and much more.
On the last weekly meet up you will receive a half hour Reiki healing session.
(To get the most out of this programme, it requires daily commitment, but I will support you 100%).
